OMVC Political Advisory Group (OPAG)

OPAG is a forum for members to discuss and gain policy information that is intended to focus on Mobile DTV as being part of the solution to the National Broadband Plan. OPAG reviews and contributes information regarding Mobile DTV Policy for its members and the national arena.

OMVC Technical Advisory Group (OTAG)

OTAG is a forum for members to discuss and gain technical information that is intended to facilitate the launch of mobile DTV. OTAG reviews and contributes to information regarding product requirements and technical specifications related to mobile DTV while at the same time encouraging third party development of mobile DTV services on a technology-neutral basis.

OMVC Business Advisory Group (OBAG)

OBAG is a discussion forum for members to gain information on the markets in the mobile DTV ecosystem as well as to gain insight on the efficient use of digital spectrum. OBAG reviews and contributes solutions to the needs of broadcasters, receiver manufacturers, content providers, and service operators to help facilitate the launch of mobile DTV.
